jim received his real estate license in 1984 and his broker license in 1986. he served three years as a principal broker in a branch office in cabot.

in the late eighties, jim began building and developing a family owned subdivision, woodland heights, in jacksonville. woodland heights is a small subdivision of high dollar homes. since that time he has earned a reputation as one of the premier builders of upper-end homes. he has built homes from maumelle to cabot.

he developed, built and manages north point plaza in jacksonville and panther plaza in cabot. he also manages crestview plaza in jacksonville and vilonia shopping center in vilonia, ar.

jim has served as executive broker for the beckie brooks company since the company opened in 1993.
